Hello again! Isn't it funny how cards evolve? I started out with 2 different red, white and blue patterned papers and ended up using a solid blue background. Sometimes less is more. I love the simplicity of this card. It really makes our nation's colors stand out.I cut the 3 circles with my nestibilities die cuts. I stamped the images using Our Craft Lounge stamps from their summer release. The windmill is from an earlier OCL release. I colored with Copic Markers, applied Elizabeth Craft's microfine transparent glitter to the windmill. I then curled up the ends and taped it to a toothpick so it would look like it just might twirl in the wind.
